🐾 Preorder Policy

At Panthera Muse, every piece is made with purpose — thoughtfully crafted in small batches to ensure quality, sustainability, and exclusivity.

Each preorder item is made to order once the preorder window closes. Designs that receive 20 or more confirmed orders will proceed to production. This allows us to produce only what our community truly connects with, reducing waste and celebrating slow, intentional fashion.

If a design receives fewer than 20 preorders, it may be reimagined, refined, or held for a future collection. In such cases, customers will be personally contacted and offered the following options:

1. Credit Transfer (Default): Convert your preorder into store credit of equal value for use on any available or upcoming design.

2. Design Swap: Choose another design from the same collection or future drop.

3. Full Refund (Upon Request): If you prefer, you may request a full refund to your original payment method by writing to us at contact@pantheramuse.com. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

💳 Return & Refund Policy

All Panthera Muse items are produced on demand, we’re unable to accept refunds, or returns once the order has been confirmed.

We take great pride in quality control, and every item is inspected before delivery to ensure it meets our standards. In case you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@pantheramuse.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your request promptly and, if eligible, arrange a replacement.

Replacement Eligibility:

• Product arrives with visible defects or production damage.

• Incorrect item received.

• Product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

👕 Size Exchanges

We understand that finding the perfect fit matters. If your item doesn't fit as expected, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, not damaged and in its original packaging.

• The requested size is available in stock at the time of request.

To initiate an exchange, email pantheramuse@gmail.com with your order number, current size, and preferred size. Our team will confirm availability before proceeding.

Exchange Costs

All size exchanges are subject to an additional charge to cover:

Return and re-shipping costs, and

Handling or restocking fees (if applicable).

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees related to the exchange.

Once the original item is received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped within 7–10 business days.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt to:

1. Receive store credit for the item value (excluding shipping), or

2. Retain the original size.

⚠️ Note: Size exchanges are limited to one time per order. Panthera Muse reserves the right to decline exchanges should the conditions stated are not met. Exchanges are not available for preorder items once production has started, as they are made to order.
